You should already be running a business, whether as a freelancer, sole trader, or with a registered company. This programme is built for people who have something operational and need to structure it properly for location independence. If you're pre-revenue and just starting out, a Cross-Border Strategy Session is the better first step.

You start with a short pre-intake form (about 5 minutes). If your application moves forward, you'll receive the full intake questionnaire, which we also work through together at the start of the programme. I review every application personally and respond within 5 business days.

Five clients per cohort, maximum. This is a deliberate cap not a marketing line. Each client gets one full day of my focused attention per week, and the 1:1 work requires genuine preparation. There are two cohorts per year.

This is something I hear often. The honest answer: Yes, because the underlying structure of international business is more consistent than it appears. Different countries, different income streams, different life circumstances. The details differ, the structural principles do not. Complex multi-jurisdiction situations are the norm here, not the exception.

Absolutely. German is my mother tongue and all sessions are available in both English and German.

Yes. If you prefer not to pay the full investment upfront, you can split it into 3 monthly instalments of 3.666€ each. The instalment option carries a small processing fee of 166€ per payment, reflected in the monthly rate.

Yes. An invoice is issued for every payment and is eligible for tax deduction. EU businesses with a valid VAT number and clients based outside the EU receive invoices without VAT. Please reach out before applying if you have specific invoicing requirements.
