service & Session Calls​

Appointments will only be scheduled once the meeting fee is paid in full.

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted if calls are not attended.

If a client arrives late, the call will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled time.

I do not reschedule or move meetings. However, exceptions may be granted in emergencies if discussed with me beforehand.

Clients are advised to clear their schedules before booking sessions with me.

Digital Products (reintegrating soon)

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products. Once you purchase a digital product, you agree that the download begins immediately and you lose your right to withdraw.
It is the client’s responsibility to securely store all digital materials to ensure lifelong access. Ethosun OÜ and Maria Tanck are not obligated to re-send materials if the client fails to secure them.

Taxes

Taxes are automatically added at checkout based on your location, as required by law.
For service invoices excluding VAT reach out to me directly.
